Westholme, an esteemed Australian Wagyu Beef company, is partnering with Chef Dante Ferrero, Arturo Rivero and Juan Rendon to present an exclusive culinary event. This dinner will showcase Westholme’s product in action, prepped and served by the three chefs.
The guest list includes distinguished chefs and guests from the food industry (WH Target customers).
The evening will include a terroir bar with visuals of Westholme product and the terroir that cattle feed off of. The evening is a cocktail party with multiple dishes by the CDMX chefs.
